Overclocking the Xeon X5460 to 4GHz.

VCORE/ CPU Voltage that works: 1.31 V
I would not take it beyond that.
This is a half failed half successful OC due to the NB overheating in long Prime95 stress tests.
The FSB is now higher that the rated for this MB.

The DRAM voltage is at 2.2v because my ram requires that voltage, your ram may be different and you should set it at what voltage it needs.

The Mother board(MB) is Abit IP-35, a LGA 775 MB. The xeon is modded(mod sticker applied before) to work with the 775 and the MB is also modded to accept a LGA771 CPU.

As the FSB is higher than the normal, and the CPU consumes lots of power, the In the Prime95 test, the Northbridge gets hot - around 81-82 celsius.

I will need to add a small cooling fan on the Northbridge because when this gets hot the system becimes unstable and Prime95 might fail or it could even cause a BSOD - Blue Screen Of Death.
