LGA771 to LGA775 MOD - CHEAP Xeons have Never been SO GOOD

Today I take a look at how you can take a Cheap Xeon LGA771 CPU like the x5460, which is essentially an inexpensive variant of the LGA775 q9550 / q9650 / q9750) and turn it into one of these CPUs, so that you can overclock it (usually better than the consumer line) on your LGA775 motherboard.
