I’ve had loads of questions about my pizza oven recently, so I though a quick guided tour, it might help answer some future questions.

It’s external dimensions are 70 x 70, it’s dual fuel and has an upgraded floor. The floor is saputo biscotto which is renowned for its slow heat releasing properties, the tiles are hand made which is why they often look rough around the edges. They definitely make it a level easier to cook pizza as it isn’t easy to burn the base of the pizza.
