Описание к видео HOW TO CUE YOGA POSES: Internal vs. External Cueing

This video teaches yoga teachers, personal trainers, and movement coaches of all kinds a better way to cue movement and exercise. I offer yoga teacher tips and tricks to help guide your students through safe and effective movement. These tips for yoga teachers allow you to take advantage of external cueing instead of internal cueing, so that your students will easily be able to follow directions based on what you'd like them to do with their anatomy and alignment. If we get bogged down in anatomical terminology and biomechanics, we often find ourselves delivering cues to yoga students that make no sense whatsoever because they are simply too complicated. Let's break down internal vs external coaching cues!
