ingredients所需食材:
for water oil dough 水油皮:
40 g lard 猪油
1 tsp sugar 糖
65-70 g hot water 沸水
125 g all purpose flour 中筋面粉
for oil dough 油皮:
80 g cake flour 低筋面粉
40 g lard 猪油
for filling 内馅:
half pound (225 g ) ground pork 猪肉馅
1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce 生抽
1 tsp (5ml) dark soy sauce 老抽
2 tsp (12g) sugar 糖
1 tsp (5ml) sesame oil 芝麻油
1 tsp (5 ml) chinese liquor 白酒
pinch of white pepper 一点白胡椒粉
pinch of salt 一点点盐
3 tsp (15g) spring onion and ginger water 葱姜水
50 g preservered vegetable 榨菜
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 10 minutes , flip over and cuntinue baking another 15 minutes.
提前预热烤箱至180度,放中层烘烤10分钟,, 翻面后再烤15分钟。
