Hot & Sour soup recipe:
~This is 1/3 of the recipe I made~
10 dried lily buds (rehydrated)
1/3 c. dried black fungus mushrooms (rehydrated)
2 cloves garlic
2 stalks green onion
1 TBL minced ginger
4 c. veggie broth
1 lb. tofu
1/2 c. bamboo shoots (optional- I skip it if I don't have it on hand) https://amzn.to/3PG5lg1
1/4 c. black vinegar
2 TBL soy sauce
1/2 TBL sesame oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 TBL cornstarch + 3 TBL water
+ Chili oil/ chili flakes as desired
