Welcome team!

Today we’re going for a 45 minute full body dumbbell workout focusing on strength and muscle with plenty of core work in there too, just how we like it. We’ll hit lots of big compound moves in straight sets, and on a few exercises we’ll change up the variation between sets to keep it interesting but still super effective.

Timer is a little longer today so you can push heavy and get the most out of each set. We’re using light, medium and heavy dumbbells (see below our selections).
