Union Pacific Steam in Idaho - 844 Boise-Nampa 24 April 2017

Union Pacific wasted no time getting 4-8-4 steam locomotive No. 844 up to speed as it departed Nampa, Idaho the morning of 24 April 2017. The steam engine and its train backed up from the Boise depot at 8 a.m. all the way to Nampa, where the train headed out on the mainline with an ultimate destination that night at Pocatello. This video was made with a Sony FDR-AX-53 video camera using a Rode Videomicro microphone.
