Assalamualaikum.. kali ini aku bikin cireng isi ayam suwir yg adonannya gampang bgt pas dibentuk, halus bgt hasilnya, teksturnya garing tahan lama, dan isiannya enak gurih pedas manis, asli bikin nagih dan bisa bgt dijadikan Frozen food.. Recomended!!

CIRENG AYAM SUWIR
(berat adonan 35 g, satu resep jadi 35-40 pcs)

AYAM SUWIR
700 g dada ayam
25 buah cabe merah
5-7 buah cabe pedas
15 siung bawang merah
15 siung bawang putih
5 lembar daun jeruk
1½ sdt Garam
2 sdm gula pasir
1½ sdt kaldu bubuk
1 sdt lada bubuk
200-300 mL air
