THE BEST AND SIMPLE WAY TO COOK CREAMY CHICKEN SOPAS
(exact ingredients below)

Chicken Sopas literally means soup but in Filipino cuisine it's a soup made with pasta, meat, vegetables and milk. It's considered as a comfort food here in the Philippines.

Ingredients:
30g of butter
6 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
350g of chicken wings
4 tbsp of fish sauce
3/4 tsp of ground pepper
1 & 1/2 cup of macaroni elbow pasta
7 cups of chicken stock
2 cups of hot water
1/4 kg of hotdogs
1 medium-sized carrots
2 small-sized green bell pepper
1 small-sized cabbage
154ml of evaporated milk
