Seiken Densetsu 3 {Final Boss} Dragon Emperor

Dragon Emperor the final boss of the game if either Duran or Angela is the first character you picked and is my favorite final boss of the game. I am kind of overleveled for this fight but you still can beat him with rather ease at level 45 (or even less with buff and debuff abuse).

Regarded as second strongest for the game story he has a large repertory of spells and exclusive attacks.

While Turn Wind is pitifully weak for a final boss attack his headbutt hurts a lot dealing roughly over 300 damage to one character.

Dragon Emperor like the previous bosses will keep spamming magics of medium and high level and at rare times low level magics too.

In his spell list he has Spiral Moon (high damage and Maximum HP Down), Ice Cradle (high damage and Attack Down), Gigaburn (Magic Power and Magic Defense Down) and Prisioner (high damage and Moogle) and you should watch out and be prepared to endure and heal all of them.

Dragon Emperor also may use Ancient which is easily much his most devastating spell, if Koren used on you I guess you know very well what I'm talking about.

After a while he'll fly at the downer side of the field and will change his attacks. Fang Rush although looks like a physical attack deals Magic damage, he'll keep doing that for a while until he charges Flare which is almost as powerful as Ancient so be extremely careful or you'll get your entire party wiped out.

A pretty cool final boss worth his title and the game.

Trivia time: Apparently you fight Dragon Emperor in the very same altar where you do can do the Class Change.
