LowRider v4 DIY CNC - BETA TEST - Amazing hardwood cut at 3000mm/min (50mm/sec) at 12mm depth of cut. 1/4” 1-flute carbide up-cut end mill from V1E.com. Kobalt router at about 4 or 4.5 on the dial! Step-over rate: 75%. Jackpot control board from V1E.com running FluidNC firmware. TMC2209 drivers powering the NEMA 17 stepper motors at 0.8 amps. They were staying so cool!
