Red Snapper Fish or any Fish (1- 2 1bs)
1 -2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning ( or seasoning of your choice )
Bell pepper 🫑
Onion 🧅
Garlic 🧄
Tomato 🍅
Carrot 🥕
Pimento Pepper If Available (Flavor)
1 twig Fresh Scallion & thyme
1 whole scotch bonnet (or a few pieces for spice)
Okra (optional)
Ketchup and water for gravy sauce
