Ingredients:
DOUGH
3 cups all purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
3 tablespoons milk powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup warm water

CHICKEN
1 & 1/2 cup chicken fillet (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon oil

TOPPINGS
1 cup tomato sauce
Sprinkle of oregano & garlic powder (optional)
Mozzarella cheese (any choice of cheese)
1/3 cup onion
1/4 cup olive
1/3 cup jalapeño

Directions:
For the chicken; in a bowl, mix together the chicken fillets, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika. Prepare a pan at medium heat, add oil and sauté the chicken till this changes in color and is a light shade of brown. Set aside.
For the dough; mix together all purpose flour, milk powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, yeast. Mix well, add oil and add 1 cup of water little by little, mixing this using your hand till this forms a shaggy dough.
Place this on a smooth surface, and knead, adding more flour as kneader till it looks almost smooth and this bounces back when pressed. Place this in a oil greased bowl and cover for 2 to 3 hours or till it doubles in size.
Place this back to the surface and knead to release air. Cut this in half or 4 parts to make a thinner base, which makes it easier to ‘bake’. Roll this into a circle.
Oil a non stick pan and place the rolled dough inside. Pour 1/3 to ½ cup of tomato sauce, sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, top with any choice of cheese, the cooked chicken, onion, olives, and jalapeño, or any topping you’d like.
Cover and place in a stove at medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or till the bottom of the dough browns or almost looks burnt.
Slice and serve!
