15 Minute Lower Body Pregnancy Workout at Home

Join me for the very first time for this new series Baby on the Whey workout! Together with my good friend Jessica who was 14 weeks (at the time of shooting this), we congratulate all you mamas-to-be!

Extremely excited to be on this journey with my friends and all of you and I'm so happy you've taken the first step to want to become strong and healthy for both you and your baby(ies).

In today's session, we will introduce lower body exercises that will have your legs and booty fired up. We want to start developing and strengthening your postural muscles because they're super important during your pregnancy. Although the title labelled this for the second trimester, it's actually good for all trimesters, so you can add or subtract how heavy you want your weights to be based on your comfort level with exercising. Don't forget to listen to how your body feels, you can go at your own pace and make any modifications if necessary.
