The Steps:
Start slow/build a base. Trim a little bit every 2 weeks/month
Give it time (it's like going to the gym for a week and expecting to be huge)
Dye it
Vitamins (Biotin)
Embrace it. There are guys that pull it off quite well. James Franco, Johnny Depp, Keanu Reeves, Chris Pratt, Justin Timberlake to name a few.
