❤️ Hello friends, in this vlog we travelled to Sindhudurg district and had the best seafood in Malvan. Tarkarli is a small beach side town that is in close proximity to the great Sindhudurg Fort. On reaching our resort that is known as Dada Vengurlekar's Beach House we were pleased to see the rustic and village feel that this resort had to it. There was no air conditioning but coolers were provided if needed, but due to the abundance of trees around the place the breeze was nice and cool.
The tariff starts at INR 1200/- for a night and the food is fantastic and very reasonable.
We had a great lunch of fried prawns and kingfish that were served with rice, chapatis and some delicious and tangy curry.
The host, popularly known as Dada amongst the locals, was very sweet and humble and served us with real warmth.
After lunch and our customary nap we left for Sindhudurg Fort. From our resort we had to drive for around 15 minutes to reach the ferry point and the boat ride was also approximately 15 minutes
The fort is huge and gives great views of the Arabian sea. After a nice tour of this historic fort we visited the Tarkarli beach which was right opposite our homestay. A nice and clean beach that gives a great view of the sunset.
This is where we called it a day.
