It is an overview of that days T minus 3 weeks progressive remote training plan for Elite Outdoor Fitness for the Fan Dance.

The RTGs (Baseline, Event, Run, Ultra and strength and conditioning) are group sessions managed online by experienced coaches including Ex-SF, pro-athletes and ex-pro runners who are on hand to help you in your fitness journey.
