These are the 4 Otis lifts at the Ilac Shopping Centre's car park in Dublin City. Formerly unknown lifts from 1981 then replaced by Otis in the 1990s, they were modernized in 2012. These are quite possibly the most unreliable lifts I've come across; on the first visit in this video the left-hand glass lift was out of order. I revisited later in 2021 to find that 3 of the 4 lifts were broken; left-hand glass, right-hand glass and left-hand non-glass. On my March visit, the left-hand non-glass lift had since been fixed however the other 2 lifts were still broken. At these times, the lifts were extremely busy as there are no other lifts up to the car park.
Aside from their reliability, they are quite nice lifts. The glass lifts used to provide a great view over the shopping centre, but the glass was misted in the 2012 modernization works. They go a reasonable speed of 1.75m/s which is faster than most of the lifts in Dublin. The non-glass lifts have also had an advertisement projector added to the lifts which is very intrusive to the lift ride in my opinion. It very much drowns out the motor sound making them rather boring to ride. The projector stops just before the brake applies meaning you can get an idea of what it sounds like.
