Today, we have 6 hearings, including their TRIAL, in a case with a high-conflict couple where Mom is suing
Dad for full custody even though all 3 children have been living with Dad for the last year and Mom has
only had supervised visitation.


Dad claims that he had to remove the children from Mom’s care after he saw how unsuitable & unsafe
their home environment was. He says he still allowed her supervised visitation with the children until she
pulled a stunt that involved having her current baby daddy show up to threaten Dad and used him as a
distraction to SNATCH their daughter out of Dad’s home.


Mom makes a bunch of allegations against Dad and ends up getting CPS involved in the case, especially
after the stunt where she snatched the child.
