Recipe

2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup feta cheese
Sesame seeds

In a large mixing bowl add eggs, yogurt, olive oil, salt and mix well. After mixing add baking powder and flour. Mix until well combined. Into a muffin tray add paper cups and pour the batter evenly. Add feta cheese and sesame seeds on top and bake at 400* F / 200*C for 25-30 min.
Makes 12 muffins
