Today I give you one VERY simple, yet HIGHLY effective, practice idea. I also thoroughly explain why I bothered to spend hours doing this practice technique, myself. It was certainly worth the investment of time in my case. I trained myself permanently (or so it seems thus far) out of a lot of tension while I play the flute!
