The need for them to confirm my residential address: they do this by sending a PIN via the (non-existent in SA) postal system. Thrice I have requested this. Each time you request one you need to wait 3 weeks before being able to request a new one. Only once 4 PINs have not been delivered is one able to escalate the matter !
