Eating on the bike is essential for good performances- you need to stay fuelled and hydrated.

To make sure that you eat, it helps if the food tastes good. This doesn't apply to everything that's delicious though, but just to be sure, we got Matt and Dan to try some of their favourite off-the-bike meals while riding.
