Manfred Huber - Keynote lecture at the Better Future of Healthy Ageing 2020 e-conference

Keynote lecture by Dr. Manfred Huber , titled: "Innovation in Prevention Practices – Life Course Approach Addressing Healthy Ageing".

The lecture was held on the 5th of June at the Better Future of Healthy Ageing 2020 e-conference.

The Better Future of Healthy Ageing 2020 e-conference (BFHA 2020) was organized by the University of Zagreb School of Medicine, at the Andrija Štampar School of Public Health, from June 3rd to June 5th, 2020 in Zagreb, Croatia.

Organized as part of Croatia’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2020, the conference tackled the subject of Healthy Ageing through the newest advances in the fields of bio-medicine, smart technologies and healthcare systems.

Each day of the conference was dedicated to one of the three major topics were:
Ageing of biological systems - June 3rd

Smart technologies for age friendly ecosystems - June 4th

Ageing and Health System Sustainability - June 5th

It was the largest scientific conference held in Croatia at the time of the global COVID-19 pandemic, held online to ensure the safety of over 600 participants and organizing staff.
