Very easy boiled cassava recipe. A lot of filipinos like it this way. But we usually use fresh coconut milk. Here I am using canned coconut milk but i didn't see any difference in the taste.
Ingredients:
400 to 500 grams cassava roots
1 cup of water to partially cook the cassava
1/2 cup to 1 cup brown sugar
400ml canned coconut milk or coconut cream
Just a reminder: Cassava is toxic if not thoroughly cooked.
