I replaced the PCB in one of my arcade sticks and I thought I share how I did it hoping that it will be useful for someone.

I bought a wired PS3 controler, disassembled it, took the PCB, soldered my wires to it and placed it into my arcade stick.

I am no expert in soldering and my work is not as clean as many professionals but it works and shows that anyone can do it.
