This pilates mat class focuses on strengthening the abdominals with a variety of different exercises that will really fire up the core. You will need a pilates ball and light dumbbells, between 2lbs-5lbs depending on your strength . If you have two different size weights handy, you might want to use the heavier weights for certain exercises. We will be using the ball for some of the abdominal and glute exercises, so get ready to feel the burn! Of course, there are some traditional pilates exercises in there, like the hundred and roll over and stretching at the end to ensure you are feel stretched out!
