Do this strength and cardio home workout to increase your strength, burn calories, improve your balance and overall endurance. This is a 30 minute full body strength and cardio workout you can do with nothing more but a pair of dumbbells. Today I am using one pair of 5kg dumbbells.
Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!
