Welcome to Training #18 in our 'Full Kumite Series'. This session includes a comprehensive warm-up, 15 intense rounds of Kumite exercises, and a relaxing stretching routine.
Key Focus Points:
1. Clean Techniques: Aim for precision to ensure effectiveness and reduce injury risk.
2. Stay Relaxed: Keep your body relaxed for speed and fluidity.
3. Incorporate Rhythm: Add rhythm and variations to improve timing and unpredictability.
4. Return to Fighting Stance: Build discipline by returning to your fighting stance after each combination.
The main focus is on precise Mawashi techniques executed with the back leg. We'll also cover techniques like Kizami Zuki, Gyaku Zuki, Mawashi Geri, Yoko Geri, Ushiro Mawashi Geri, Ushiro Geri, and Ura Mawashi Geri. Start with basics and progress to advanced combinations. Consistency is key!
