Ingredients

8 kingfish wings
Zucchini and Macadamia Baba Ghanoush
3 zucchinis
1 large eggplant
2 garlic cloves, peeled
175g olive oil
250g raw macadamias
1 tsp sea salt flakes
125g Greek yogurt
½ cup chopped dill
½ cup chopped parsley
2 limes, juiced
Zhoug
½ bunch parsley
½ bunch coriander
¼ cup olive oil
1 lemon, juice
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sweet sherry vinegar
Zucchini Grape Salad
1 zucchini
20 grapes, halved
½ lemon, juiced
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
1 tbsp olive oil
Zucchini Fries
2 zucchinis
½ cup self-raising flour
½ cup bread flour
½ tsp baking powder
230ml pale ale
⅓ cup plain flour

salt and pepper, to taste
