Traditional, but not

Cooking traditional, but not recipes! I'm Mark and I'm Australian but I live in Austria. Since I’ve become a dad I've been home a lot and I've been cooking a lot. I like to prepare traditional food from all over the world, but most of the time I end up doing something a bit different. Sometimes because I don't have all the ingredients and sometimes because I have an idea how it might be better.
