Wet: 3 cups of sugar, 3 sticks of room temperature unsalted butter, 5 eggs, 1 cup of buttermilk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 1 full bottle of red food coloring, 1/2 cup of sour cream

Cream cheese frosting
1 block of room temp cream cheese
1 stick of room temperature unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of powder sugar
