MAC 140/50 #PVC ve Alüminyum Profil İşlem Merkezi, profiller üzerindeki frezeleme, delme ve markalama işlemlerini bilgisayar kontrollü ve kompakt olarak gerçekleştirmek için tasarlanmıştır. Bu sayede manuel frezeleme makinesinde gerçekleştirilen işlemler otomatik olarak operatör yetkinliğinden bağımsız yapılırken, üretim hızı ve kalite standardizasyonu sağlanıp, aynı zamanda işçilik maliyetleri de büyük oranda azaltılmıştır. MAC 140 Profil İşlem Merkezi’nde standart olarak bulunan takım, 4 eksende işlenecek profil üzerinde interpolasyon yapabilme kabiliyeti ile profil üzerindeki tüm işlemleri 0.1 mm hassasiyet ile gerçekleştirebilmektedir. MAC 140/50 Profil İşlem Merkezi’nin geniş profil işleme kapasitesi sayesinde farklı tasarım ve ebatlara sahip profilleri, kolayca işleme kabiliyeti bulunmaktadır. Dokunmatik PC kontrol panosu ile kontrol edilen MAC 140/50, Haffner Makine tarafından geliştirilmiş kullanıcı dostu bir arayüz ile kullanılır. Frezelenecek profiller üzerindeki işlemler dokunmatik ekran üzerinden manuel olarak ayarlanır. Yatay ve dikey olarak pozisyonlanmış 2’şer adetten, toplam 4 adet pnömatik sıkıştırma pistonları ile profil en iyi şekilde sabitlenir ve minimum tolerans ile frezeleme ve kesim işlemlerinin yapılması sağlanır. Profil üzerindeki işlemlere göre yatay ve dikey sıkıştırma pistonları X ekseninde manuel olarak hareket ettirilebilir. Servo kontrollü döner tablası sayesinde işlenecek profiller otomatik olarak 360° döndürülebilmektedir. Bu sayede MAC 140/50 Profil İşleme Merkezi, profillerin tüm yüzeylerinde işlem yapabilme kapasitesine sahiptir. Makine bakımını kolaylaştıran merkezi yağlama sistemi bulunur.

The MAC 140/50 Profile Processing Center is designed to perform the milling, drilling and marking operations on the profiles in a computer-controlled and compact manner. In this way, the operations performed on more than one cutting machine are collected in a single machine, ensuring production speed and quality standardization, at the same time, labor cost is reduced. The standard tool in MAC 140/50 Profile Processing Center, performs all operations on the profile with 0.1mm precision with its ability to interpolate on profiles to be processed in 4 axes. Thanks to the wide profile machining capacity, MAC 140 is capable of processing profiles with different designs and sizes. Controlled by a touchscreen PC control panel, the MAC 140/50 is used with a user-friendly interface developed by Haffner. The operations on the profiles to be milled are adjusted manually on the touch screen. With 4 horizontally positioned pneumatic compression pistons, it fixes the profile in the best way and provides milling and cutting operations with minimum tolerance. Horizontal compression pistons can be moved manually in the X axis in accordance with the operations on the profile. Thanks to the 3-meter conveyors placed on the right and left sides of the machine, the profile to be processed is kept in balance. There is a central lubrication system that facilitates machine maintenance.
