Otomatik olarak yatay ve dikey konumlanabilen servo motor kontrollü profil tutucusu, farklı tasarım ve ebatlara sahip profilleri tutabilme ve makinenin içerisine sürebilme kabiliyetine sahiptir. Profil tutucu üzerindeki sensör sayesinde yükleme bandına yerleştirilen boy profil uzunlukları, otomatik olarak ölçülebilir ve optimizasyon kullanılarak üretime alınması sağlanır. AL 220/80 hareketli bir kol ile kendi ekseninde ve makine etrafında dönebilecek şekilde makineye bağlanmış ergonomik, 15.6” ebadında, Windows 10 işletim sistemine sahip, 0°C - 55°C arasında fansız çalışan yüksek performanslı endüstriyel PC, Haffner Makine tarafından geliştirilmiş kullanıcı dostu bir arayüz ile kullanılır. Cutted parts are automatically transferred to the exit station by the holding system. Profile parts lined up on the conveyor belt at the exit station and automatically transported to the operator.
