How To Make THE BEST Date Sugar At Home

This homemade date sugar has to be tasted to be believed with its dark caramel flavour. The dried dates are easy to process into dates powder - and this is a healthy option too, as date sugar made at home has a ton more nutrients than white table sugar. Ok, ok, so it takes a while to make and you can't use it for everything, but I'm yet to find anything nicer to put on my cereal - and I even bought muscovado sugar once. I did feel a bit pretentious buying muscovado sugar to be fair - but it didn't taste as nice as this date sugar.
