Rocky Road Fudge

3 c. (18 oz.) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 (14 oz.) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Dash of Salt
1 ½ t. Vanilla extract
½ c. nuts, chopped (optional)
A bunch of Marshmallows (optional)

Directions:
In a sauce pan over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
Remove from heat, and add vanilla. Stir well, and quickly.
Stir in nuts, then marshmallows. Work very quickly.
Spread into a plastic wrap or parchment lined 8” x 8” or 9” x 9” baking dish.
Chill at least 2-3 hours. Set out to warm up just a bit, then remove from dish to cut.
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator, or freezer.
