Looking for a gentle, low-impact Pilates workout that’s perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to move at a slower pace? This 45-minute full-body Pilates routine is designed to help you strengthen and tone your muscles with mindful movement and focus on proper form. Whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from injury, a senior, or just prefer a more relaxed pace, this workout is perfect for you!

In this routine, we’ll use optional hand weights for the upper body exercises. I’m using 3lb weights, but feel free to go heavier or lighter depending on your strength level. Don’t have weights? No problem! I’ll guide you through modifications so you can still get an effective workout without weights.

This workout focuses on:

Full-body muscle engagement
Good form and alignment
Mindful movement to improve strength and flexibility
The routine is low-impact, joint-friendly, and includes a warm-up and cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Optional hand weights (3lb, or adjust to your strength)
