Ingredients (Serves 2 | Prep time: 10m | Cooking time: 15m | 264 calories & 6.5g fat p/serving):

3 Spring Onions (green only)
Oil (to fry)
200g Rice
½ tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Asafetida
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
½ Red Pepper
3 tbsp Peas p/serving (if allowed as part of your low FODMAP diet)
Cooked/roasted Chicken
