This is a super-efficient set up. We are driving 3 screws at once. 1 screw is driven horizontally while the other 2 screws are being driven vertically down. Both slides are Assembly Automation XLT HD screwdriver slides paired with the SA-1.5 feed unit. The vertical down XLT-HD is a 2-spindle slide with an end effector. I don’t think I need to say anything else about the system set up, the video speaks for itself.
