BMW E90 Headlight Beam Adjustment
This was carries out on my E93 2011 LCI version.
Find a Suitable Location: Park your BMW E90 on a level surface facing a flat wall about 25 feet away.
Check Tire Pressure: Ensure your vehicle’s tire pressure is correct to avoid any imbalances.
Load Vehicle Properly: Make sure the vehicle is loaded as it would be under normal driving conditions (e.g., with a half-full fuel tank and any regular cargo).

Marking the Wall
Measure Headlight Height: Measure the distance from the ground to the center of each headlight.
Mark Headlight Center: Use masking tape to mark the same height on the wall. This line represents the center height of the headlights.
Mark Vertical Centerline: Find the center of the vehicle and mark it on the wall. This is done by measuring the distance between the two headlights and marking the midpoint.
Mark Adjustment Lines: Add a horizontal line about 2-3 inches below the headlight centerline marks. This lower line will help you adjust the vertical aim of the headlights.
