Clinical Features:
A 20 years old female came with amenorrhoea for 4+ months.

Ultrasound Features:
Small fetal head.
Outward herniation of brain matter along with fluid & meningeal covering from a defect at the parieto-occipital region of the cranium.

Remember:
Additional congenital anomalies may be present in up to 50% of cephalocele cases.
