Video 3: IDOC - Flow between source and target system

Explained the IDOC configuration steps between source and target SAP system. Source system steps includes logical system creation and assignment, RFC creation, Port and partner profiles generation.

Target system steps includes logical system creation and assignment, custom FM creation, register FM, map IDOC basic type, message type and direction with the FM, process code creation and partner profile creation.

As a final step, create model, generate partner profile and distribute from source system. Then generate the partner profile from target system for the same model.

Showed how to create an IDOC using custom program, and showed the status using WE02 transaction, and the how it got received in the target system.
