Our first session in our new online event series focusing on career progression in Systems Engineering.
Today’s main speaker was Tom Richardson, a Lead in Systems Engineering and V&V for the Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Tom took us on a deep dive into People and Technical management, providing tips and tricks into keeping a well-functioning team and maximising output.
The session was very interactive with attendees having many opportunities to share their thoughts and experiences, as well as some case-studies from Tom’s career.
