Flourishes are super quick and beautiful move. It’s a crowd pleaser for sure and leaves them questioning ‘what just happened?’

Warm up and cool down.
I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

Which Hoop?
You want to practice flourishes with a light hoop, so it’s not too difficult on the wrists.The hoop I’m using is a 32” or 81cm Dia. Hoop from Sacred Circle Stores (Berlin)

Ideally your hoop should have a bit of weight (but not too much) so using a children’s hoop might be difficult… But not impossible.
