Hello Friends!

We recently got into a few arguments after posting a "chia matcha tiramisu" video with some of our Italian friends so we decided to do it right this time. I know this doesn't have coffee, but matcha gives you the perfect lift so I hope this time we got it right!

Also, we're going to post vlogs twice a week, well I'm better off saying "we are going to try". So the plan is for Monday's and Wednesday's to be daily vlog days, and Fridays will always be Nekohama recipes like today's. If anyone wants to see how to make my mothers cheesecake recipe, I'm happy to share!

Recipe
Ingredients:
30 Italian Lady finger cookies
2 tbsp matcha powder
1 cup water
250 g mascarpone cheese
250 g heavy cream
100 g icing sugar
Extra matcha powder for dusting

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, dissolve matcha powder in water.
2. Whip heavy cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form.
3. Mix mascarpone cheese into whipped cream until well combined.
4. Dip Savoiardi biscuits into matcha mixture one by one.
5. Layer dipped biscuits in a dish or cups to cover the bottom.
6. Spread 1/3 of mascarpone mixture evenly over the biscuits.
7. Repeat layers twice more with remaining biscuits and mascarpone mixture.
8. Dust the top with matcha powder.
9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow biscuits to soften.
