Onamkali is a cultural folk form conducted at the time of Onam. The onamkali is mainly seen at the Mukundapuram thaluk of Thrissur Dist. A main singer will sing the song and his mates will chorus it with dance steps in the playing area which will be circular in manner. Mostly the songs are written based on the Epic Ramayana.
In this song the author describes the scenes before the final battle between Rama and Ravana. This is an Onamkali song and it has nothing to do with any political party.. So please enjoy..!!
