Описание к видео Here's a Tip for Validating Moisture Within Walls

As environmental professionals, most of us should be carrying a variety of tools on a day-to-day basis. While thermal imaging can be a useful tool in assisting with narrowing in on walls with excess moisture, via identification of thermal anomalies, additional confirmation is still needed.

Even moisture meters can present false-positives, depending on the construction materials located behind the walls. For example, a metal corner bead or electrical strike plate can indicate a high level of moisture. As professionals, we also know that the more objective and subjective data that can be provided, the more credible our reporting can be. Knowing this tip is something that can be easily to implement within your current assessments.
