In this video I break down all my food for our upcoming Bartram Trail thru hike. This meal plan is a focus on high fat, low carb, moderate protein (or keto / ketovore). I’m excited to see how this meal plan works for me on the trail, since this is now how I eat daily.

Biltong Depot - 1 pound traditional biltong with fat
