Going CARNIVORE in The Backcountry

I walk through my personal meal plan from a recent wilderness elk hunting trip. It can be a challenge to stay on a ketogenic or carnivore diet when you are in the backcountry, but with a little planning it can be done!

It worked out awesome... steady energy with no stomach issues.
